Mrs. Seguin begins her day with a pre-dawn power walk, then readies her children for their day before she heads off to work. Fortis' "Flex-Time" policy allows Paula the opportunity to spend time with her daughter at dance class before returning to her office in Syracuse, N.Y. After work it's back home for some more quality time.

The goal for the magazine was to showcase their employee balancing a management career and home life, utilizing a flexable corporate schedule.
